At Utilus, sustainability isn't just something we talk about; it's something we actively work towards. From the way we collaborate to the way we care for our people, we're always looking for opportunities to do better. That raised an important question:

That question sparked an idea.
The idea came from our Office Manager, Joella Chitanie, who wanted to find a practical way to make our office operations more sustainable.
Every day, we provide our employees with a fresh, healthy lunch and completely free of charge. It's one of the ways we invest in our people, encouraging everyone to take a well deserved break, connect with colleagues, and enjoy nutritious meals together.
Because everything is freshly prepared, we occasionally end the day with food that is still perfectly good to eat. Despite careful planning, it's impossible to predict exactly how much food will be needed each day.
Throwing away fresh sandwiches, salads, soups, and other delicious meals simply didn't align with our values.
We knew there had to be a better solution.
That's why we're excited to announce our partnership with Too Good To Go, the world's largest marketplace for surplus food.
