About CTP

CTP is a real estate developer listed on the Amsterdam stock exchange. Across Europe, CTP develops and manages (state-of-the-art buildings for) business parks, primarily catering to high-tech manufacturing, R&D, and IT sectors, as well as logistics, e-commerce, and professional services. CTP provides services to businesses of all sizes, ranging from small and medium enterprises to large corporations.

CTP holds land positions in multiple countries and is simultaneously involved in several development trajectories for business parks. The real estate developer needed a software solution for all phases of project management, as well as for providing an overview of all projects to the executive team. The focus for CTP was on the professionalisation and visibility of their own projects.

The need

For a highly specialised company like CTP, a standard software package was not an option. In their search for a developer of essential IT systems, CTP became convinced of Utilus’s capabilities, thanks to our experience in the construction and energy sectors.

Why Utilus?

We developed a construction app for CTP. This app features a dashboard displaying all project developments, the workflow for these developments, and their current statuses. It also includes updates for senior management.

The solution

Instead of needing to gather information on different projects, this software centralises all project data, ensuring it’s always current. Ultimately, this enables CTP to complete its developments more promptly and efficiently, leading to quicker availability of buildings for (potential) tenants.
